About Bartending
Life is all about balancing, and for me, the passion and work life balance is vitally important. My passion for the last three years have been alcohol studies. This journey had led me to the Zalame ACB, 2017’s best bar in Israel and one of the most renowned bars in the country. There iv’e been bartending on my free time for the last year and a half while also participating in numerous cocktail competitions.
The second part of this journey has been all about beer. Recently, after months of self studying I've reached the Certified Cicerone © the youngest and the fourth person to acheive this feat in Israel.
Upcoming Projects
Danger On The Rocks
An active bar, offering mostly small scale parties and cocktail beer and wine workshops. An accompanying website is in development, utilizing next.js tailwind and more.
Project Everything
A joint project between me and Orre Harris. The site will be a free collection of hundreds of cocktail recipes, with many more pages containing general explanations on beer and wine, and all in Hebrew. The site will hopefully improve the lack of Hebrew accessible knowledge on alcohol, and improve the drinking culture in our country. Will use next.js tailwind and a database.
